About Aidan's College Theatre:

ACT is a newly revived theatre society at St Aidan’s College, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring it back. We welcome students from all colleges and pride ourselves on being a fun and welcoming society. Whether you’re stepping on stage for the first time, joining the creative team, or helping backstage, there’s a place for you here. ACT is the perfect environment to meet new people with similar interests and foster relationships that will carry you through your time here in Durham- so we particularly encourage the Freshers to get involved! Our Upcoming Show:

We are thrilled to announce that our upcoming production at Mount Oswald Hub this term will be “An ACT of Musicals”. This production takes the biggest songs and moments from your favourite shows and combines them together into a single, fast-paced performance. With seamless transitions, bold choreography, and iconic characters, it’s like watching six different musicals—but all in one sitting. Audiences will journey from glittering stardom, to fairy-tale forests, to high-school chaos, to roaring parties, to revolutionary barricades… all without leaving their seats. It’s ambitious. It’s unique. And it’s something you won’t want to miss. We encourage anyone to get involved whether performing, helping backstage, or supporting from the audience.
